One World International School opened a new Riyadh campus and needed every low-current discipline live on day one: the network and Wi-Fi, security and access control, power protection, classroom AV and an auditorium. Datacore delivered all of it as one integrator, with one handover.
A new campus has no room for a phased, multi-vendor scramble. Classrooms had to be identical so teachers could move between rooms without relearning anything, wireless had to follow the children through every corridor and hall, and the auditorium had to be something staff could run themselves.
The network is built on a Huawei core with stacked access switches and AirEngine Wi-Fi 6 throughout, protected by a FortiGate next-generation firewall and a UPS-backed core. Suprema FaceStation F2 terminals combine face, fingerprint and card, with BioStar 2 for time attendance.
Every classroom is fitted the same way — an ELMO 65-inch 4K interactive panel at the same height, cabled, programmed and tested room by room. The auditorium and multipurpose hall centre on a 2.5 mm LED video wall with a Soundcraft Si Expression mixer, JBL powered loudspeakers and Shure wireless microphones, connected through a Crestron wall plate and racked in a single cabinet.
One campus, one integrator, one handover. Staff who can use one classroom can use them all, wireless coverage reaches every shared space, and an assembly can be run from the auditorium without an engineer in the room.
